The innovative technology of A&I Power Group was born from obstacles encountered in their experience within power generation. They encountered traditional steam power plants where an astonishing 70% of energy was wasted due to moving parts and heat dissipation. This resulted in a mere 30% of energy being efficiently converted into electrical power. These unacceptable inefficiencies became a problem to be solved.

Alexis Herrera brings more than 40 years of expertise as an electrical engineer, project manager, and executive director for renowned energy companies like Millenium Petrochemical, MARAFIQ Power and Water Utility Company, Saudi Electricity Company, and BEMCO. Alexis earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Gonzaga University and his Master of Science in Control System Engineering from Oklahoma State University. His prominent reputation in the industry is backed by extensive knowledge and leadership that are instrumental in shaping the company's vision.

Iyad Baghdane
COO & Co-Founder
Iyad Baghdane brings nearly 15 years of invaluable experience that aligns technology innovations and company goals on a path to success. His career encompasses roles as an electrical engineer, project manager, project analyst, and assistant to executive directors in companies such as General Electric and BEMCO. Iyad's experience also includes work as a control system engineer at GE, and he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University in 2010. His diverse experience, comprehensive knowledge and entrepreneurial determination are at the core of A&I’s innovative impact.

Ammr Baghdane
Business Development Director
Ammr has over 10 years of experience as a product manager and business development director leading various projects in the energy sector. He worked as a product manager, department manager, and then division manager for the Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia from 2009 to 2018 before collaborating with A&I Power Group as an executive director and head of commercial enterprises.
